dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice havarijního plánování ve výrobním podniku. V teoretické části je shrnuta legislativní stránka oblasti havarijního plánování a analýza rozdílu mezi stěžejním zákonem o prevenci závažných havárií a zákonem o vodách. Praktická část popisuje sledovanou společnost Continental Barum s.r.o. se sídlem v Otrokovicích a konkretizuje její kroky v oblasti havarijního plánování. V návaznosti na havarijní plán společnosti je v práci provedena komparativní metoda, PEST analýza s následnou SWOT analýzou a obsahem této práce je i vypracování Check listu a metody What if.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis "Analysis Of An Emergency Plan In A Selected Company" deals with the issue of emergency planning in a manufacturing company. The theoretical part summarizes the legislative side of emergency planning and the analysis of the difference between the key Act on the Prevention of Major Accidents and the Act on Water. The practical part describes the monitored company Continental Barum s.r.o. based in Otrokovice and specifies its steps in the field of emergency planning. Following the company's emergency plan, a comparative method is performed in the work, PEST analysis with subsequent SWOT analysis and the content of this work is also the elaboration of the Check list and the What if method.
