dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením blackoutu z pohledu provozovatele distribuční soustavy a výrobců elektrické energie na území okresu Zlín. V rámci práce je využita literární rešerše, která přináší přehled knih a publikací zabývajících se problematikou blackoutu a kritické infrastruktury. Pro analýzu rizik a nebezpečí blackoutu byla využita metoda What if, Ishikawa diagram a metoda PNH. Výsledkem práce je podrobný popis fungování distribučních soustav a možných zdrojů elektřiny na území okresu Zlín, podrobná analýza možných příčin blackoutu a vyhodnocení jeho nebezpečí. Práce také přináší výsledky v podobě návrhu prioritního plánu odběrů. Práci lze aplikovat i v dalších oblastech České republiky, protože elektrizační soustavy fungují na stejném principu, pouze se bude lišit specifické zapojení sítí a prioritní odběratelé.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the blackout solution from the perspective of the distribution system operator and electricity producers in the Zlín district. The thesis uses a literature search which provides an overview of books and publications dealing with blackout and critical infrastructure. The What if method, Ishikawa diagram and PNH method were used to analyse the risks and dangers of blackout. The result of the thesis is a detailed description of the functioning of distribution systems and possible sources of electricity in the territory of the Zlín district, a detailed analysis of possible causes of blackout and an assessment of its dangers. The thesis also presents the results in the form of a proposal for a priority plan of off-take. The bachelor thesis can be applied in other areas of the Czech Republic, because electricity systems operate on the same principle, only the specific network connection and priority customers will differ.
