dc.description.abstract	Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku elektromagnetického impulsu (EMP). V teoretické části práce jsou popsány možnosti vzniku EMP, vybrané historické události spojené s touto problematikou a základní formy ochrany proti EMP. V praktické části byla provedena identifikace zranitelné infrastruktury vůči EMP u vybrané obce. Pro jednotlivou infrastrukturu a její prvky byly analyzovány dopady EMP a dle výsledků navržena ochrana. Tato bakalářská práce přispívá k lepšímu pochopení problematiky elektromagnetického impulsu. Výsledky analýzy dopadů EMP na vybranou obec mohou být využity jako podklad pro další rozhodování v oblasti ochrany.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The presented bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of the electromagnetic pulse (EMP). The theoretical part of the thesis describes the possibilities of EMP, selected historical events related to this issue and basic forms of protection against EMP. In the practical part, the identification of vulnerable infrastructure to EMP in selected municipality was carried out. For each infrastructure and its elements the EMP impacts were analysed and according to the results the forms of protection were proposed. This bachelor thesis contributes to a better understanding of electromagnetic pulse issues. The results of the analysis of EMP impacts on the selected municipality can be used as a basis for further decision making in the field of protection.
