dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou převzetí zodpovědnosti za bezpečnost své vlastní rodiny, jakož i sebe samého. Jak vlastním přičiněním co nejvíce snížit dopad mimo-řádné události na životy a zdraví svých blízkých. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické, kde je zahrnut pojmový aparát týkající se ochrany obyvatelstva, dále jsou popsány druhy mimořádných událostí a také způsoby a postupy ochrany obyvatelstva. Druhá, praktická část se věnuje komparaci plánů připravenosti ze zahraničí a sestavení vlastního plánu s následným ověřením jeho funkčnosti praktickou zkouškou.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with; the issue of taking responsibility for the safety of one's own family, how to reduce the impact of an emergency on the lives and health of your lo-ved ones, and possible actions one can take on their own. Using the Family Emergency Preparedness Plan we will derive everything needed to follow all the necessary guidelines. This thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical preparation plans. The theoretical part is related to the protection of the population. It is strictly for emergency events, as well as the methods and procedures for protecting the population. It will be further defined in the article. The second part, practical preparation plans is a scheme from abroad and it's the introduction of our own plan. With subsequent verification of its functionality through a practical test.
