dc.description.abstract	Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je predstaviť projekt čiastočnej deinštitucionalizácie Centra sociálnych služieb v Bardejove. V rámci riešení problematiky deinštitucionalizácie boli využité tri základné analytické metódy: PEST analýza, analýza konkurenčného prostredia a SWOT analýza. Samotný plán deinštitucionalizácie je zložený z 10 bodov, ktoré opisujú stratégiu, ktorou budú transformované poskytované sociálne služby inštitucionálneho charakteru na komunitné. Výsledky analýz ukázali pripravenosť CSS Bardejov na transformáciu a vytýčili potrebné kroky, ktoré chýbajú do naplnenia cieľa ako aj stratégiu úspešného plnenia plánu. V práci je navrhnutý prvotný plán transformácie, ktorý by mohol uľahčiť prechod na komunitné sociálne služby v Bardejove. Hlavným výsledkom je predstaviť riešenie podporené dostupnými informáciami, ktoré by pomohli v budúcom plánovaní projektu deinštitucionalizácie.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The mail goal of this diploma thesis is to introduce project of Deinstitutionalization Proposal for Center of Social Services in Bardejov. Three basic analytical methods were used to solve the problem of deinstitutionalization: PEST analysis, analysis of the competitive environment and SWOT analysis. The deinstitutionalization plan itself is composed of 10 points that describe the strategy by which the provided social services of an institutional nature will be transformed into community ones. The results of the analyzes showed CSS Bardejov's readiness for transformation and laid out the necessary steps that are missing to fulfill the goal as well as the strategy for successful implementation of the plan. The work proposes an initial transformation plan that could facilitate the transition to community social services in Bardejov. The main result is to present a solution supported by available information that would help in the future planning of the deinstitutionalization project.
