Diplomová práce je zaměřena na kulinářskou turistiku v regionu Jeseníky. Cílem této práce je vytvořit projekt na podporu regionálního gastroturismu s ohledem na očekávání účastníků cestovního ruchu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou, analytickou a projektovou část. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na literární rešerši cestovního ruchu společně s pojmy jako specifické formy cestovního ruchu, gastronomie, kulinářský cestovní ruch a jeho vazba na marketing a marketingové analýzy. V praktické části práce je představen turistický region Jeseníky a jeho rozdělení na turistické lokality, následuje analýza současného stavu kulinářského cestovního ruchu v regionu a jsou provedeny marketingové analýzy PEST a SWOT. V rámci marketingového průzkumu bylo realizováno hodnocení spokojenosti návštěvníků pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V návaznosti na analýzu a získaná data byly navrženy dva projekty. Navrhované projekty vedou ke zvýšení návštěvnosti v regionu, pozitivně ovlivní image destinace a přispějí k rozvoji kulinářského turismu v turistické oblasti Jeseníků. Součástí obou navrhovaných projektů je nákladová, časová a následně riziková analýza. |

This thesis is aimed at culinary tourism in the Jeseníky region. The goal of this thesis is to create a project which supports regional gastrotourism while respecting expectations of tourists. The thesis is divided into theoretical, analytic and practical parts. Theoretical part of the thesis is aimed at literary research of tourism together with concepts like specific forms of tourism, gastronomy, culinary tourism and its ties to marketing and marketing analysis. In the practical part of the thesis, Jeseníky touristic region is introduced and its division into touristic locations followed by analysis of the current state of the culinary tourism in the region and marketing analyses PEST and SWOT are used. Within the bounds of the marketing research, visitor satisfaction was evaluated through questionnaire research. Following the analysis and the gathered data, two projects have been proposed. Proposed projects lead to higher numbers of visitors in the region, positively affect the image of the destination and they will also help develop culinary tourism in the Jeseníky touristic region. As a part of both proposed projects, there are cost, time and then risk analyses. |
