dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na snížení seřizovacích časů. Skládá se ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje teoretické poznatky, které pomáhají pochopit praktickou část. Praktická část se skládá z analýzy videa přestavby stroje a analýzy dat. Analýza videa poukazuje na nedostatky přímo. Datová analytika pak ukazuje, kde se dá uspořit čas a jaké jsou slabé místa v celém procesu seřízení. Výstupem diplomové práce jsou návrhy aplikace metody SMED ve firmě.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on reducing changeover times. It consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains theoretical knowledge that helps to understand the practical part. The practical part consists of video analysis of changeover and data analysis. Video analysis points out the flaws directly. Data analysis then shows where we could save time and what are the weak points in the entire changeover process. The output of the diploma thesis are suggestions for application of SMED method in the company.
