dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je projekt zlepšení managementu rizik vybrané nemocnice ve Zlínském kraji. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje základní terminologii bezpečnosti a managementu rizik ve zdravotnictví. Dále je zde rozvinuta metodologie řízení rizik ve zdravotnictví, kterými je nutné se řídit při chodu organizace. Pomocí odborné literatury jsou popsány a vysvětleny nedostatky a rizika. Identifikované nedostatky a rizika analyzované formou vhodných metod odpovídající problematice, včetně účelových interview, brainstormingu a dotazníkového šetření v praktické části. Dotazníkový průzkum, který je součástí práce, slouží ke zjištění potřebných informací od zaměstnanců nemocnice. Hlavním cílem práce je projekt, který může přinést organizaci lepší pohled na riziková místa a pomoci eliminovat veškeré nedostatky v oblasti managementu rizik vybrané nemocnice Zlínského kraje.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the thesis is a project to improve the risk management of a selected hospital in the Zlín Region. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains the basic terminology of safety and risk management in healthcare. Furthermore, the risk management methodology in the healtcare sector, which must by followed during the operation of the organization, is developer here. Shortcomings and risk are described and explained using specialist literature. Identified shortcomings and risk analyzed in the form of appropriate methods corresponding to the issue, including targeted interviews, brainstorming and questionnaire survey in the practical part of the work. The questionnaire survey, which is part of the work, is used to find out the necessary information from hospital employees. The main goal of the work is a project that can bring the organization a better view of risky places and help eliminate all deficiencies in the field of risk management of a selected hospital in the Zlín Region.
