Předmětem a cílem bakalářské práce je problematika právní úpravy držení střelných zbraní v České republice zaměřená především na rozbor současné právní úpravy podmínek pro vydávání zbrojních průkazů a nastavení dostatečně náročných kritérií pro držení střelných zbraní. Teoretická část bakalářské práce bude nejprve definovat základní pojmy z oblasti držení, nošení a použití střelných zbraní, dále popíše vývoj zbraňové legislativy se zaměřením na současnou právní úpravu v České republice a současnou právní úpravu v této oblasti ve Slovenské republice. V praktické části bude bakalářská práce vyhodnocovat současnou zbraňovou legislativu v České republice jednak na základě komparace právní úpravy v České republice a ve Slovenské republice, a dále na základě dotazníkového šetření provedeného mezi střeleckou komunitou. Z vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a provedené komparace právních úprav budou vyvozeny vlastní návrhy a doporučení k dalšímu vývoji zbraňové legislativy v České republice. |

The subject and goal of the bachelor's thesis is the issue of the legal regulation of the possession of firearms in the Czech Republic, focused mainly on the analysis of the current legal regulation of the conditions for issuing firearms licenses and the setting of sufficiently demanding criteria for the possession of firearms. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis will first define the basic terms in the field of possession, carrying and use of firearms, then describe the development of firearms legislation with a focus on current legislation in the Czech Republic and current legislation in this area in the Slovak Republic. In the practical part, the bachelor's thesis will evaluate the current weapons legislation in the Czech Republic based on a comparison of the legislation in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, as well as on the basis of a questionnaire survey conducted among the shooting community. From the evaluation of the questionnaire survey and the comparison of the legal regulations, own proposals and recommendations for the further development of weapons legislation in the Czech Republic will be derived. |
