dc.description.abstract	Bezpečnost občanů je jedním z předních úkolů politiků a pracovníků veřejné správy. Hrozba mezinárodního terorismu a stále častější kriminální útoky na soukromé i společenské zájmy včetně mimořádných událostí, které nám připravuje sama příroda, význam ochrany obyvatel dále prohlubují. Jednou z cest jak přispívat ke zvýšení bezpečnosti a pořádku je integrace moderních informačních bezpečnostních technologií. Významným aktivním aktérem v tomto úsilí vedle státu a jeho bezpečnostních orgánů se stávají obce a kraje. V předkládané práci jsem se pokusil shrnout své profesionální znalosti a dovednosti doplněné o teoretické poznatky získané studiem. Osvědčit je a předložit odborné i laické veřejnosti ucelený materiál, který může sloužit jako vodítko při budování a zefektivňování integrovaných informačních bezpečnostních systémů ochrany obyvatel.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Safety of people is one of the most important imposition of politicians and workers of public management. The meaning of protection of safety is still intensified by treat of international terrorism and frequently criminal attacks on private and social interests inclusive of extraordinary events which are prepared by nature. One way how to help to increase safety and order is integration of modern security technologies inclusive of camera systems. Countries and their safety authority, towns and municipalities are very important and active in this striving. In my extended assay I tried to bring together my professional knowledge and crafts which are completed by theoretical knowledge thanks my study. Then I tried to certify them and submit the finish material to professional and lay public and this material can help as a clue to the building and effectiveness of integrative information security systems of protection inhabitants.	en
