dc.description.abstract	Práce analyzuje útoky aktivních střelců v České republice a zásahy ozbrojených civilistů při útocích aktivních střelců v USA. Práce dále zkoumá subjektivní postoje a potenciální připravenost držitelů zbraní v České republice k zásahu proti aktivnímu střelci. Teoretická část vymezuje legislativní úpravu držení zbraní, ozbrojené střetnutí včetně vymezení pojmu aktivní střelec z hlediska psychologie a krizového řízení. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných útoků, analýzou dotazníkového šetření a návrhu na edukační materiál pro ozbrojené civilisty.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis analyzes active shooter attacks in the Czech Republic and interventions by armed civilians during active shooter attacks in the USA. The author further examines the subjective attitudes and potential preparedness of gun owners in the Czech Republic to intervene against an active shooter. The theoretical part defines the legislative regulation of the gun laws, armed confrontation, including the definition of the term active shooter from the point of view of psychology and crisis management. The practical part of the work deals with the analysis of selected attacks, the analysis of the questionnaire survey and the proposal for educational material for armed civilians.
