dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o tématu podpora partnerských vztahů klientů s mentálním postižením pohledem pracovníků chráněného bydlení. Práce zahrnuje teoretickou i praktickou část. V teoretické části charakterizujeme mentální postižení, zmiňujeme příčiny mentálního postižení, uvádíme specifika partnerských vztahů a sexuality osob s mentálním postižením a přibližujeme práci s partnerskými vztahy a sexualitou osob s mentálním postižením v podmínkách chráněného bydlení. V praktické části je pomocí kvalitativně orientovaného empirického výzkumu cílem zjistit a popsat, jaká je podpora partnerských vztahů klientů s mentálním postižením pohledem pracovníka chráněného bydlení. Data, jež jsme získali prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, byla analyzována na základě jednotlivých analytických postupů situační analýzy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis discusses the topic of supporting partner relationships for users with mental disabilities from the point of view of sheltered housing workers. The work includes a theoretical and a research part. In the theoretical part, we characterize mental disabilities, mention the causes of mental disabilities, present the specifics of partner relationships and sexuality of people with mental disabilities, and approach work with partner relationships and sexuality of people with mental disabilities in the conditions of sheltered housing. In the practical part, we apply qualitatively oriented empirical research to find out and describe what the support of partner relationships of users with mental disabilities is like from the point of view of a sheltered housing worker. The data we obtained through semi-structured interviews were analyzed on the basis of individual analytical procedures of situational analysis.
