Tato práce je zaměřena na prověření funkčnosti systému řízení kvality ve firmě Wisconsin Engineering CZ, s.r.o., především prostřednictvím auditu tohoto systému. Teoretická část se zabývá zejména vývojem pojmu kvality a systémů jejího řízení, dále principy řízení kvality dle norem ISO 9000, implementací a kontrolou již zavedeného systému řízení kvality. V praktické části je uveden rozbor současného stavu systému řízení kvality, dále jsou zde obsaženy nedostatky zjištěné při kontrole systému řízení kvality a také navržení vhodných řešení a doporučení za účelem zlepšení stávajícího systému řízení kvality. |

This work is aimed at checking on the functionality of the quality management system in the company Wisconsin Engineering CZ s.r.o., first of all through the audit of this quality system. The theoretical part mainly deal with development of the quality concept and systems of its management, further principles of the quality management according to the ISO 9000 standards, implementation and checking on the already established quality management system. In the practical part is mentioned the analyse of the current quality management system situation, then there are included shortages discovered when auditing quality management system and proposition of the suitable solutions and recommendations in order to improve the current quality management system. |
