dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat situaci na trhu práce ve Zlínském kraji. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje využití zahraničních pracovníků v průmyslu Zlínského okresu. V teoretické části jsou popsány a vysvětleny teoretické poznatky z makroekonomického a mikroekonomického pohledu na trh práce a nejdůležitější makroekonomické ukazatele. Praktická část se v první čísti orientuje na výzkum ze sekundárních z nichž byl analyzován stav na trhu práce ve Zlínském kraji a Zlínském regionu s využitím dat z Českého statistického úřadu, Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí a Ministerstva vnitra České republiky. V druhé části byl aplikován primární výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření u průmyslových firem Zlínského regionu. Na závěr byla z analýz vyvozena zhodnocení a doporučení na zlepšení zjištěného stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyze the situation on the labor market in the Zlin Region. The bachelor thesis focuses on the utilization of foreign workers in the industry of the Zlin District. The teoretical part describes and explains theoretical knowledge from both macroeconomic and microeconomic perspectives on the labor market and the most important macroeconomic indicators. The parctical part, in the first section, focuses on research from secondary sources, through wich the state of the labor market in Zlin Region and Zlin District was analyzed using data from the Czech Statistical Office, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, and the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic. In the second part, primary research was applied in the formo f a questionnaire survey conducted among industrial companies in the Zlin Region. In conclusion, evaluations and recommendations for improving the identified situation were drawn from the analyses.
