dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o výstroji a výzbroji Armády České republiky a její modernizaci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zpracována na základě literární rešerše, tudíž se věnuje popisu všech složek ozbrojených sil České republiky, historii, struktuře, činnosti, legislativě a popisuje nynější výstroj a výzbroj. Praktická část se věnuje navrhovaným řešením a pomocí SWOT analýzy porovnává hlavní a záložní zbraň vojáka AČR. Dále je provedeno dotazníkové šetření z pohledu civilního obyvatelstva i vojáků z povolání na modernizaci AČR. V závěru jsou navržena konkrétní řešení a výsledky analýz.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the equipment and armament of the Army of the Czech Republic and its modernization. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part is prepared on the basis of a literature search, therefore it is devoted to the description of all components of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, history, structure, activities, legislation and describes the current equipment and armament. The practical part is devoted to the proposed solutions and compares the main and backup weapons of the soldier of the Czech Armed Forces by means of SWOT analysis. Furthermore, a questionnaire survey is conducted from the perspective of the civilian population and professional soldiers on the modernization of the Czech Armed Forces. In the conclusion, specific solutions and results of the analysis are proposed.
