dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o investičním záměru vybrané obce a optimálním způsobu jeho financování. Práce je členěna na dvě části - teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část je sestavena na základě literární rešerše. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření vybrané obce za pětileté období 2018-2022. Analýza hospodaření obce je provedena na základě ukazatelů finanční analýzy, jež jsou specifické pro subjekty veřejného sektoru. Součástí praktické části je také projektová část, ve které jsou analyzovány tři hlavní způsoby financování investičního záměru obce - vlastní zdroje, bankovní úvěr a dotace. Výsledkem projektové části je zvolení nejoptimálnějšího způsobu financování a dále zhodnocení daného investičního záměru společně s vybraným způsobem financování z hlediska časové, rizikové a Cost-Benefit Analýzy. Samotným závěrem diplomové práce je krátké shrnutí důležitých poznatků, návrhy a doporučení, které by obec měla při realizaci daného investičního záměru brát v potaz.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the investment plan of the selected municipality and the optimal way of its financing. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is based on a literature research. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the selected municipality's management for five-year period 2018-2022. The analysis of the municipality's investment plan are analysed - own resources, bank loan and subsidies. The result of the project part is the selection of the most optimal financing method and the evaluation of the investment project together with the selected financing method in terms of time, risk and Cost-Benefit Analysis. The thesis itself concludes with a short summary of important findings, suggestions and recommendations that the municipality should take into account when implementing the investment project.
