dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá foneménem extresmismu a jeho vlivem na společnost, zejména na obyvatelstvo České republiky, Slovenské republiky a Spolkové republiky Německa. Identifikuje možné bezpečnostní hrozby plynoucí z radikálních ideologií a pomocí analýzy rizik detailně zkoumá potenciální negativní dopady na životy a bezpečí občanů zmíněných zemí. K dosažení výsledků využívá rozsáhlou liternární rešerši doplněnou o řadu vědeckých metod. Výsledkem je zjištění nepřijatelného rizika - přístup ke zbraním hromadného činění. Na základě získaných poznatků práce definuje klíčová rizika a navrhuje konkrétní doporučení k jejich minimalizace. Závěry studie jsou určeny bezpečostním složkám i široké veřejnosti s cílem přispět k lepšímu porozumění extremismu, posílit povědomí o této hrozbě a zvýšit odolnost společnosti vůči jejím projevům. Praktická doporučení mohou být uplatněna při tvorbě protiopatření a preventivních programů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the phenomenon of extremism and its impact on society, especially on the population of the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic and Federal Republic of Germany. It identifies potential security threats arising from radical ideologies and uses risk analysis to examine in detail the potential negative impacts on the lives and security of citizens in these countries. To achieve the results, it uses extensive literature research supplemented by a range of scientific methods such as descriptions, exploration, analysis,synthesis or risk analysis using What - If methods and a simple semiguantitative PNH scoring method. The result is the identification of an unacceptable risk - access to weapons of mass destruction. Based on the findings, the thesis defines the key risks and propses specific recommendations to minimize them. The conclusions of the study are addressed to security forces and the general public with the aim of contributing to a better understanding of extremism, strengthenin awareness of this threat and increasing the resilience of society to its manifestations. Practical recommendations can be applied in the development of countermeasures and prevention programmes.
