dc.description.abstract	Bakalárska práca sa venuje vývoju amerického pracovného odevu a jeho preniknutiu do sveta módy a streetwearu. V teoretickej časti preskúmava jednotlivé povolania pracovných odevov, dotýka sa jeho vplyvu vo svete a naznačuje súčasné postavenie v oblasti módy. Ďalej sleduje jeho historický vývoj prostredníctvom troch značiek pracovných odevov vybraných na základe ich popularity, pretrvávajúcej od ich vzniku až do súčasnosti. V praktickej časti vzniká autorská kolekcia, ktorá sa snaží prepojiť workwear s jeho historickými odkazmi a zároveň usiluje o vytvorenie luxusnej workwearovej kolekcie.

In the theoretical part, it examines the different occupations of workwear, touches on its influence around the world, and hints at its current position in fashion. It then traces its historical development through three workwear brands selected based on their popularity, persisting from their inception to the present day. In the practical part, an author's collection is created that seeks to connect workwear to its historical legacies while also striving to create a luxury workwear collection.
