dc.description.abstract	Obsah bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na poskytnutí souhrnu teorie a odborné terminologie v oblasti krizového řízení obce. Práce je rozpracovaná v návaznosti na úlohu starostky obce a orgánů krizového řízení obce s rozšířenou působností a Zlínského kraje. Je představena obec Horní Lapač a příslušný mikroregion Holešovsko. V praktické části jsou uvedeny závěry analýzy současného stavu v připravenosti orgánů obce na vznik mimořádné události. Na základě provedené analýzy kvantitativní metodou místního dotazníkového šetření aktuálního stavu připravenosti občanů obce na mimořádnou událost a analýzou rizik nejkritičtějších míst v obci, jsou v návrhové části práce navržena opatření k optimalizaci činnosti starostky a orgánů obce v případě vzniku mimořádné události.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The content of the bachelor's thesis focuses on providing a summary of theory and professional terminology in the field of municipal crisis management. The work is being developed in connection with the role of the mayor of the municipality and the crisis management authorities of the municipality with extended powers and the Zlín region. The village of Horní Lapač and the corresponding microregion of Holešovsko are presented. In the practical part, the conclusions of the analysis of the current situation in the preparedness of the municipal authorities for the emergence of an extraordinary event are presented. Based on the analysis carried out by the quantitative method of the local questionnaire survey of the current state of preparedness of the citizens of the municipality for an emergency and the analysis of the risks of the most critical place in the municipality, measures to optimize the activities of the mayor and the authorities of the municipality in the event of an emergency are proposed in the draft part of the work.
