dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce podává informace týkající se problematiky činností potápěčských skupin Policie České republiky a problémů souvisejících s technickým vybavením potřebným k této činnosti. V práci je obecně vymezen právní rámec potápění Policie České republiky a dále charakterizováno vybavení potřebné k potápěčské činnosti. Dále jsou zde identifikována rizika vyplývající z povahy technického vybavení potápěčů Policie České republiky. Některá z těchto identifikovaných rizik jsou potvrzena v kazuistice z oblasti rekreačního potápění. Na základě zjištěných rizik je navrhnuto jejich ošetření a případné předcházení jejich vzniku k čemuž je použita metoda PNH. Zpracované informace a poznatky budou využívány jako doplněk výcvikových materiálů potápěčů Policie České republiky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis provides information about the activities of diving groups of the Police of the Czech Republic and the issues related to the technical equipment necessary for these activities. The thesis generally outlines the legal framework for diving in the Police of the Czech Republic and further characterizes the equipment required for diving activities. Additionally, risks arising from the nature of the technical equipment of the divers of the Police of the Czech Republic are identified. Some of these identified risks are confirmed in a case study from the recreational diving area. Based on the identified risks, their treatment and possible prevention of their occurrence are proposed, using the PNH method. The findings and the information processed in this theses will be further utilized within the training materials of the divers of the Police of the Czech Republic.
