dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu, který má sloužit jako vodítko k založení nového podnikatelského subjektu v oblasti dřevovýroby. Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán a zjistit, zda bude realizovatelný a životaschopný. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy z oblasti podnikání, podnikatelským plánem a vnější a vnitřní analýzou podniku. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního okolí podniku, podnikatelský plán, který bude implementován v zakládaném podniku a také časovou a rizikovou analýzu. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky jednotlivých analýz a podnikatelského plánu a je posuzováno, zda se doporučuje podnikatelský plán realizovat či nikoliv.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of a business plan, which should serve as a guide to the establishment of a new business entity in the field of wood production. The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan and find out if it will be feasible and viable. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts from the field of business, business plan and external and internal analysis of the company. The practical part includes an analysis of the external and internal environment of the enterprise, a business plan that will be implemented in the established enterprise, as well as a time and risk analysis. At the end of the work, the results of the individual analyzes and the business plan are summarized and it is assessed whether it is recommended to implement the business plan or not.
