dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá spokojeností zvolené kategorie zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část práce měla za cíl zpracovat literární rešerši v oblastech řízení lidských zdrojů, motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. V praktické části práce byla pomocí kvadrantové analýzy rozebrána současná spokojenost zvolené kategorie zaměstnanců. Současný stav spokojenosti byl dále také zjišťován pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V této části bakalářské práce došlo také k verifikaci stanovených výzkumných hypotéz. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou také navržena doporučení, která by měla současnou spokojenost zvolené kategorie zaměstnanců zvýšit.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis is about the satisfaction of the selected category of employees in the selected company. The aim of the theoretical part was to conduct a literature search in the areas of human resource management, motivation, and employee satisfaction. In the practical part of the work, the current satisfaction of the selected category of employees was analyzed using quadrant analysis. Current satisfaction was also determined using a questionnaire survey. In this part of the bachelor's thesis, the established research hypotheses were also verified. At the end of the work, recommendations were also proposed that should increase the satisfaction of the selected category of employees
