dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivace v oblasti dělnických profesí. Teoretická část nabízí pohled do zkoumané problematiky, vysvětluje podstatu motivace, charakterizuje jednotlivé teorie motivace, motivační program a systém odměňování. Analytická část je věnována základním údajům o společnosti, popisuje současný systém odměňování a také obsahuje názory a postoje zaměstnanců firmy získané na základě dotazníkového šetření. V závěrečné části mé bakalářské práce jsou obsaženy návrhy směřující ke zvýšení pracovní motivace zaměstnanců dělnických profesí.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with topics of motivation in labour professions. The theoretical part offers a view into the investigated subject, gives explanation of the motivation principle, describes individual theories of motivation, motivational programme and remuneration system. The analytical part is devoted to primary data on the company, describes present remuneration system and also includes opinions and attitudes of the staff which have been obtained by questionnaire survey. In final part of the bachelor thesis are involved suggestions leading to increase of work motivation of all staff in labour professions.	en
