dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na benefity a bariéry používání nových technologií u diabetiků 1. typu. V teoretické části je popsána charakteristika onemocnění, včetně možností léčby, výskytu komplikací a technologií, které jsou při léčbě využívány. Je zde také uvedeno, jaké zdravotní prostředky hradí pacientům zdravotní pojišťovny. Cílem práce bylo zjistit jaké benefity a bariéry vnímají pacienti při používání nových technologií, jak se pacienti s novou technologií sžívají a jak vnímají využití nových technologií jako celek. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu, získané pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se sedmi participanty.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on the benefits and barriers of using new technologies in type 1 diabetic patients. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the disease, including treatment options, incidence of complications and technologies used in the treatment. It also outlines what medical devices are covered by the patient's health insurance. The thesis aimed to find out what benefits and barriers patients perceive when using new technologies, how patients get along with new technology and how they perceive the use of new technologies as a whole. The practical part presents the results of qualitative research, obtained through semi-structured interviews with seven participants.
