dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část této bakalářské práce se zabývá výrobou a jejím dělením, mapováním procesů a vybranými nástroji, statistickými metodami, konkrétně testy závislosti dvou proměnných, a koncepty zlepšování procesů. Praktická část vychází z poznatků z teoretické části práce a zabývá se vybraným výrobní proces ve vybrané společnosti. Uvádí stručný popis společnosti, vývojový diagram vybraného procesu, analýzu doby výroby produktu a výskytu problémů při jeho výrobě, prokázání závislosti stanovených proměnných pomocí Fisherova exaktního testu. Na základě výsledků testu jsou navrhnuty patřičná opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with production and its classification, process mapping and selected tools, statistical methods, specifically tests of dependence of two variables, and concepts of process improvement. The practical part is based on the knowledge from the theoretical part of the thesis and deals with a selected manufacturing process in a selected company. It provides a brief description of the company, a flow chart of the selected process, an analysis of the product production time and the occurrence of problems in its production, and the demonstration of the dependence of the specified variables using Fisher's exact test. Based on the test results, appropriate measures are suggested.
