dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu možností pořízení dlouhodobého hmotného majetku ve vybrané společnosti. Hlavním cílem je vybrat nejvhodnější způsob financování tohoto majetku. V práci je využita literární rešerše dlouhodobého hmotného majetku, finanční analýzy a možností financování majetku pomocí interních a externích zdrojů a jejich srovnání. V praktické části je provedeno částečné zhodnocení finanční situace vybrané společnosti pomocí nástrojů finanční analýzy. Následně jsou porovnány možnosti financování vybraného dlouhodobého hmotného majetku prostřednictvím úvěru nebo finančního leasingu ve dvou bankách. Na základě výsledků dvou metod srovnání financování pomocí finančního leasingu a úvěru je v závěru práce doporučena nejvhodnější varianta financování.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the possibilities of acquisition of fixed assets in a selected company. The main objective is to select the most suitable way of financing these assets. The thesis uses a literature search of tangible fixed assets, financial analysis and asset financing options using internal and external sources and their comparison. In the practical part, a partial assessment of the financial situation of the selected company is made using financial analysis tools. Subsequently, the options of financing the selected tangible fixed assets through a loan or financial lease in two banks are compared. Based on the results of the two methods of comparison of financing through financial leasing and credit, the most suitable financing option is recommended at the end of the thesis.
