Tato diplomová práce se zabývá založením soukromé lékárny a jejím následným provozem. Cílem diplomové práce je tvorba podkladu pro založení lékárny, stanovení uspesnosti projektu založení této lékárny a provedení analýzy mikroprostredi, mezoprostředí a makroprostredi. V teoretické části jsou popsány historie a vývoj farmacie a lékárenství, typy lékáren, personál a farmaceutická kontrola. Dále jsou vysvětleny právní aspekty spojené s provozováním lékárny jako nestátního zdravotnického zařízení, včetně podmínek získání oprávnění a práv a povinností poskytovatele zdravotních služeb. Empirická část bude plynně navazovat na teoretickou část, kde bude představen konkrétní projekt lékárny s postupem pro její založení. Ke zpracování diplomové práce bude využita odborná literatura, data z veřejně dostupných zdrojů a také metoda analýzy. |

This thesis deals with the establishment and subsequent operation of a private pharmacy. The aim of the thesis is to create a foundation for establishing the pharmacy, determine the success of the pharmacy establishment project, and conduct an analysis of the microenvironment, mesoenvironment, and macroenvironment. The theoretical part describes the history and development of pharmacy and pharmaceuticals, types of pharmacies, personnel, and pharmaceutical control. Furthermore, legal aspects associated with operating a pharmacy as a non-state healthcare facility are explained, including the conditions for obtaining authorization and the rights and obligations of healthcare providers. The empirical part will seamlessly follow the theoretical part, introducing a specific pharmacy project with a procedure for its establishment. Specialized literature, data from publicly available sources, and analytical methods will be used in processing the thesis. |
