dc.description.abstract	Téma diplomové práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci plýtvání a možnosti jejich odstranění ve společnosti Konform-plastic s.r.o. V teoretické části práce jsou detailně popsány principy průmyslového inženýrství, metody plánování a řízení výroby, technická příprava výroby a nástroje pro zlepšování procesů. V analytické práce je prováděna analýza současné situace, zaznamenávají se události během pracovního dne a jsou identifikovány příčiny plýtvání. Na základě zjištění z analytické části práce jsou v projektové části navrženy konkrétní kroky pro eliminaci plýtvání a předloženy návrhy na zlepšení procesů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of diploma thesis focuses on the identification of waste and the possibility of its elimination in company Konform-plastic s.r.o. In the theoretical part of the work, the principles of industrial engineering, methods of planning and production management, technical preparation of production and tools for improving processes are described in detail. In analytical work, an analysis of the current situation is carried out, events during the working day are recorded and the causes of waste are identified. Based on the findings from the analytical part of the work, concrete steps are proposed in the project part to eliminate waste and suggestions for improving processes are presented.
