dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá bezpečností a ochranou zdraví při práci vybrané hasičské jednotky. Autor diplomové práce čerpá z dostupných zdrojů, platné legislativy v dané oblasti a z obecných poznatků a zkušeností z činnosti hasičských jednotek. Zaměření oblasti bezpečnosti a zdraví osob je vedeno od všeobecných záležitostí až po bezpečnost konkrétní vybrané hasičské jednotky, a to především z hlediska zhodnocení jejího aktuálního stavu. Aktuální stav je zkoumán pomocí účasti na taktických cvičeních a pravidelných konzultacích vybrané hasičské jednotky. Bezpečnostní rizika jsou zjišťována a analyzována pomocí odborných metod. Dále jsou navržena vhodná opatření ke zvýšení bezpečnosti. Přínosem těchto navržených opatření je snížení (zamezení) pracovních úrazů u vybrané hasičské jednotky, a tím zvýšení bezpečnosti a zdraví příslušníků hasičské jednotky, ať už při mimořádné situaci, nebo při běžné činnosti na hasičské stanici.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with health and safety at work of the selected fire brigade. The author of the thesis draws on available resources, valid legislation in the field and general knowledge and experience of the activities of fire fighting units. The focus of the given area of safety and health of persons is driven from general to safety on a specific selected fire brigade, primarily to assess its current condition. The state of play was examined by participating in tactical exercises and regular consultations at a selected fire brigade. Safety risks are identified and analysed using expert methods. Furthermore, appropriate measures are proposed to enhance safety. The benefits of these proposed measures are to reduce (prevent) accidents at work for the selected fire brigade and thereby increase the safety and health of members of the fire brigade, whether in an emergency situation or in normal activity at the fire station.
