dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem na zlepšení řízení nákladů ve vybrané firmě. Začátek práce je soustředěn na poznatky odborné literatury v oblasti nákladů a kalkulací, které budou následně využity pro návrh této diplomové práce. Praktická část se nejprve zaměřuje na představení společnosti. Následně proběhne analýza nákladů ve firmě. Na základě této analýzy jsou zjištěny hlavní nedostatky ve firmě. Očekávaným výstupem práce je navrhnout taková opatření, která pomohou k lepšímu řízení nákladů ve firmě.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with a proposal for improving cost management in a selected company. The beginning of the work is focused on knowledge from specialized literature in the field of costs and calculations, which will subsequently be used for the design of this thesis. The practical part first focuses on introducing the company. Subsequently, an analysis of the costs in the company is carried out. Based on this analysis, the main shortcomings in the company are identified. The expected outcome of the work is to propose measures that will help improve cost management in the company.
