Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zásob ve společnosti GUMEX, spol. s. r. o. Cílem této práce je analyzovat řízení zásob, zjistit nedostatky a navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení současného stavu. V teoretické části je využita literární rešerše související s tématem práce. V praktické části je provedena analýza zásob ve společnosti, která zahrnuje finanční analýzu a metodu komparace u způsobů oceňování zásob při vyskladnění. Návrhy v závěru práce se týkají hlídání zařazení materiálu do správného sortimentu, přísnějších počátečních kontrol u potenciálních nových dodavatelů a sestavení smluv a zavedení záloh pro zákazníky, kteří přestanou odebírat zboží a společnost je musí likvidovat. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the inventory analysis in the company GUMEX, spol. s. r. o. The aim of this thesis is to analyse inventory management, identify shortcomings and propose recommendations to improve the current situation. In the theoretical part, a literature search related to the topic of the thesis is used. In the practical part, an analysis of the company's inventory is carried out, which includes financial analysis and method of comparison for inventory valuation methods at the time of removal. Suggestions at the end of the thesis include monitoring the inclusion of material in the correct range, stricter inicial checks on potential new suppliers and drawing up contracts and introducing deposits for customers who stop buying goods and the company has to dispose of them. |
