dc.description.abstract	Tématem diplomové práce je řešení krizových situací s velkým počtem obětí se zaměřením na pohřbívání. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Součástí teoretické části je rešerše klíčových zahraničních zdrojů a popis základních právních norem a orgánů v oblasti pohřebnictví. Dále jsou uvedeny základy pohřebnictví a historické příklady událostí s velkým počtem obětí. Předmětem praktické části je analýza řešení pohřbívání při krizových situacích v České republice a v zahraničí, včetně komparace těchto přístupů. Dále je analyzována dotčená problematika ve Zlínském kraji ve vztahu ke kapacitám pohřebních služeb, obcí a nemocničních zařízení. V poslední části je analyzována připravenost Zlínského kraje na události s velkým počtem obětí ve vztahu k pohřbívání a nakládání s lidskými pozůstatky. Výsledkem je model postupu orgánů krizového řízení při takovéto události. Mezi metody použité v práci patří obsahová analýza, explanace, komparace, modelování, pozorování a rozhovor.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the thesis is dealing with crisis situations with a large number of victims with a focus on burial. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part includes a search of key foreign sources, description of basic legal norms and institutions in the field of funerals. Furthermore, the basics of the funeral industry and historical examples of events with a large number of victims are presented. The subject of the practical part is an analysis of the solution of burial in crisis situations in the Czech Republic and abroad, including a comparison of these approaches. Furthermore, the issue in question in the Zlín Region is analysed in relation to the capacities of funeral services, municipalities and hospital facilities. In the last part, the preparedness of the Zlín Region for events with a large number of victims is analysed in relation to burial and handling of human remains. The result is a model of the procedure of crisis management authorities in such event. The methods used in the thesis include content analysis, explanation, comparison, modelling, observation and interview.
