dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v mikropodniku. Teoretická část práce se zabývá tématem bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a požární ochrany s důrazem na aplikovatelnost v malých podnicích. Dále teoretická část obsahuje analýzu webových nástrojů pro identifikaci a vyhodnocení rizik bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví, určené primárně pro malé podniky a mikropodniky. Praktická část se nejprve věnuje popisu vybraného mikropodniku, na který volně navazuje analýza současného stavu zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v mikropodniku. Rovněž obsahuje finančně vyčíslené návrhy opatření. Dále práce pokračuje vytvořeným manuálem pro práci s aplikací Idris. Poslední část obsahuje vytvořený projekt s názvem Realizace projektu Bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci v mikropodniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of ensuring safety and health protection at work in a microenterprise. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the topic of occupational safety and health and fire protection with an emphasis on applicability in small businesses. Furthermore, the theoretical part includes an analysis of web tools for identifying and evaluating security and health risks, primarily targeting small businesses and microenterprises. The practical part first describes a selected microenterprise, followed by an analysis of the current state of safety and health protection at work in the microenterprise. It also includes financially quantified proposals for measures. The thesis then continues with a manual created for working with the Idris application. The last part includes the created project titled Implementation of the Safety and Health Protection at Work in a Microenterprise.
