dc.description.abstract	Osoby využívajúce zariadenia sociálnej starostlivosti, sú prevažne ťažko zdravotne postihnuté osoby alebo osoby v seniorskom veku, ktoré môžu mať v dôsledku svojho zdravotného stavu problémy s mobilitou. Výskyt imobilných osôb a osôb so zníženou schopnosťou pohybu môže negatívne ovplyvniť úspešnosť objektovej evakuácie takýchto zariadení. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou evakuácie osôb z domova sociálnych služieb. Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá vymedzením problematiky objektovej evakuácie zo zariadení sociálnej starostlivosti. Praktická časť je zameraná na posúdenie vybraného domova sociálnych služieb a jeho pripravenosti na evakuáciu klientov v prípade požiaru alebo inej mimoriadnej udalosti. Rizika, ktoré vzišli z taktického cvičenia vykonaného v predmetnom objekte a metódy analýzy rizík KARS, sú na konci bakalárskej práce vyhodnotené a sú navrhnuté konkrétne opatrenia a odporúčania na zlepšenie aktuálneho stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Persons using social care facilities are mostly severely disabled or elderly persons who may have mobility problems because of their health condition. The occurrence of immobile persons and persons with reduced mobility may negatively affect the success of object evacuation in cases of evacuation social care facilities. This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of evacuation of people from social services home. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with defining the issue of object evacuation from social care facilities. The practical part is focused on the selected social service home and its readiness for evacuating clients in case of fire or another extraordinary event is assessed. The risks that arose from the tactical exercise carried out in the object and the KARS risk analysis method are evaluated at the end of the bachelor's thesis, and concrete measures and recommendations are proposed to improve the current situation.
