dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá komparací českých a polských jednotek požární ochrany. Úkolem je porovnat současnou úroveň požární ochrany v česko-polském pohraničí s důrazem na přeshraniční spolupráci. Práce se opírá o aktuální data a poznatky pro budoucí rozvoj spolupráce a navrhuje dle výsledku SWOT analýzy změny v procesu požární ochrany při žádání pomoci v souvislosti s přeshraniční spoluprací. V souladu s analýzou, práce nabízí řešení v podobě návrhu na vznik informačního systému, který by mohl napomoci s budoucím vývojem přeshraniční spolupráce a s modernizací česko-polského pohraničí v oblasti požární ochrany.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of Czech and Polish fire protection units. The task is to compare the current level of fire protection in the Czech-Polish border region with an emphasis on cross-border cooperation. The thesis is based on current data and findings for future cooperation development and proposes changes in the fire protection process when requesting assistance in connection with cross-border cooperation based oon the result of SWOT analysis. In line with the analysis, the thesis offers a solution in the form of a proposal for the establishment of an information system, which could contribute to future development of cross-border cooperation and the modernization of the Czech-Polish border region in the field of fire protection.
