dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zvoleného logistického procesu. Tím byl společně s vedením společnosti Groz-Beckert Czech s.r.o. zvolen proces skladování. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je vysvětlena podstata a dělení logistiky a dále jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy vztahující se k problematice skladování a zásobování. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu skladování a také použita metoda ABC k analýze skladových položek. Výstupem bakalářské práce je formulace návrhů a doporučení vedoucích ke zlepšení skladovacího procesu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the chosen logistics process. Together with the management of Groz-Beckert Czech s.r.o., a storage process was chosen. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis the essence and division of logistics is explained, and the basic concepts related to the issue of storage and supply are explained. In the practical part, an analysis of the current state of warehousing is made and the ABC method is used to analyse the warehouse items. The output of the bachelor thesis is the formulation of suggestions and recommendations leading to the improvement of the warehousing process.
