Práce je zaměřena na postavení integrovaného záchranného systému v medicíně katastrof a hromadných neštěstích. Rozebírá legislativní rámec integrovaného záchranného systému, základní terminologii, jeho jednotlivé složky, hromadná neštěstí a medicínu katastrof. Dále se práce zabývá koordinací a analýzou činností jednotlivých složek integrovaného záchranného systému v souvislosti s medicínou katastrof a hromadných neštěstí. Cílem práce je zjistit připravenost složek integrovaného záchranného systému na hromadná neštěstí, která jsou řešena dle principu medicíny katastrof a případně navrhnout zlepšení pro efektivnější připravenost. |

This thesis focuses on the position of the integrated rescue system in disaster medicine and mass casualty. It analyses the legislative framework of the integrated rescue system, basic terminology, its individual components, mass disasters and disaster medicine. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the coordination and analysis of the activities of individual components of the integrated rescue system in the context of disaster medicine and mass disasters. The aim of the thesis is to determine the preparedness of the components of the integrated rescue system for mass disasters, which are dealt with according to the principle of disaster medicine and, if necessary, to suggest improvements for more effective preparedness. |
