Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na organizaci cyklopoutě, kterou pořádá spolek Orel. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na oblast řízení rizik a logistiku sportovních akcí. V praktické části je popsána organizaci sportovní události a analýza současného stavu. Analýza a celkové vyhodnocení sportovní akce je vypracováno na základě informací získaných prostřednictvím rozhovoru s hlavním organizátorem, dotazníkového šetření s účastníky cyklopoutě a vlastních poznatků. Na základě získaných informací jsou navrhnuta opatření k minimalizaci výskytu rizik. Ke zpracování bakalářské práce byly použity metody Ganttova diagramu, stručné SWOT analýzy, What-if metody a matice rizik. |

The bachelor thesis focuses on the organization of cycling pilgrimage organized by Orel association. The theoretical part focuses on risk management and logistics of sport events. The practical part describes the organization of the sport event and the analysis of the current situation. The analysis and overal evaluation of the sporting event is based on information obtained through and interview with the main organiser, a questionnaire survey with the participants of the cycling pilgrimage and own findings. On the basis of the information obtained, measures to minimize the occurrence of risks are proposed. Gantt chart, brief SWOT analysis, What-if method and risk matrix were used for the elaboration. |
