dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na krizové řízení města Prachatice. Zásadní pozornost je věnována hrozbám a rizikům ohrožující město Prachatice. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši věnující se krizovému řízení a definicím oblastí bezpečnosti, krizového řízení a krizového plánování. V praktické části se autorka práce zaměřila na město Prachatice, konkrétně na charakteristiku města, historii krizového řízení ve městě a analýze hrozeb a rizik. V rámci práce byly identifikovány již proběhlé mimořádné události, které na území města nastaly. V neposlední řadě praktická část obsahuje informace o zabezpečení obyvatel při mimořádných událostech a porovnání stavu krizového řízení se stavem požadovaným právem bezpečnosti. Praktická část je ukončena navrženými opatřeními pro zlepšení stavu krizového řízení ve městě Prachatice.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis focuses on crisis management in the city of Prachatice. Significant attention is devoted to threats and risks endangering the city of Prachatice. The theoretical part includes a literature review focusing on crisis management and definitions of security, crisis management, and crisis planning. In the practical part, the author of the diploma focused on the city of Prachatice, specifically on the city's characteristics, the history of crisis management in the city, and an analysis of the threats and risks facing the city. As part of the work, past extraordinary events that occurred within the city's territory were identified. Lastly, the practical part includes information on securing residents during extraordinary events and comparing the state of crisis management with the state required by security law. The practical part concludes with proposed measures to improve the state of crisis management in the city of Prachatice.
