dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním přístupů k řízení a vedení složky obecní policie v České republice a ve vybraných státech. Teoretická část je zaměřena na postavení a chod obecní policie v České republice. V Praktické části je provedena komparace vybraných oblastí klíčových pro chod obecní policie. Následné jsou navrhnuty návrhy pro zlepšení chodu obecní policie v České republice.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of approaches to the management and leadership of the municipal police in the Czech Republic and in selected countries. The theoretical part is focused on the position and functioning of the municipal police in the Czech Republic. In the Practical part, a comparison is made of selected areas that are key to the operation of the municipal police. Following are suggestions for improving the functioning of the municipal police in the Czech Republic.
