Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu makroekonomických souvislostí, které ovlivňují vývoj trhu práce ve vybraných zemích, tj. v České republice, ve Slovenské republice a v Polsku v letech 1992 až 2022. Teoretická část je věnována analýze pracovního trhu, jejíchž součástí je vymezení základních pojmů. Dále je zde charakterizován evropský trh práce a makroekonomické souvislosti vývoje trhu práce. V praktické části je provedena analýza makroekonomických ukazatelů výše uvedených zemí. Zkoumanými indikátory jsou vývoj hrubého domácího produktu, vývoj inflace, vývoj salda a vývoj obecné míry nezaměstnanosti v již zmíněných zkoumaných státech. Silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby jsou shrnuty ve SWOT analýze. |

The work focuses on the analysis of macroeconomic contexts that influence the development of the labour market in selected countries, i. e. in the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic and Poland in the years 1992 to 2022. The theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of the labour market which includes the definition of basic terms. Furthermore, the European labour market and the macroeconomic context of the development of the labour market are characterised here. In the practical part, the macroeconomic indicators of selected countries are analysed. The examined indicators are the development of the gross domestic product, the development of inflation, the development of the balance and the development of the general unemployment rate in the already mentioned examined countries. Strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats are summarized in a SWOT analysis. |
