dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá záchranou osob z výšky jednotkami požární ochrany ve Zlínském kraji a má za cíl komplexně zpracovat a analyzovat tuto oblast. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se práce zabývá uvedením do tématu práce ve výškách a nad volnou hloubkou. V praktické části popisuje současný stav provádění záchrany osob z výšky, posuzuje rizika vyplývající ze záchrany osob z výšky a navrhuje nejvhodnější způsob záchrany na konkrétní modelové situace. Na zjištěné problémy jsou v práci navrhnuta opatření ke snížení rizika.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the rescue of persons from height by fire protection units in the Zlín region and aims to comprehensively process and analyze this area. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with the introduction to the topic of work at heights and above free depth. In the practical part, it describes the current state of the implementation of the rescue of persons from height, assesses the risks arising from the rescue of persons from height, and proposes the most appropriate method of rescue for specific model situations. Risk reduction measures are proposed in response to the identified problems.
