dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je návrhem projektu na vytvoření paliativního týmu v konkrétním zdravotnickém zařízení okresního typu. Hlavním cílem je rozšířit a zlepšit služby, které nemocnice nabízí pacientům v terminální fázi jejich života, a zároveň poskytnout, prostřednictvím těchto služeb poradenství a podporu rodinám a blízkým těchto pacientů. Teoretická část práce vychází z odborné literatury a zaměřuje se na části paliativní péče, řízení ve zdravotnictví a financování. Praktická část definuje konkrétní kroky pro implementaci tohoto projektu, včetně důkladné analýzy potřeb a podmínek prostředí. Z práce vyplynulo, že je potřeba vytvořit paliativní tým. Závěr shrnuje všechna zjištění a ukazuje význam projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is a project proposal for the creation of a palliative care team in a specific regional healthcare facility. The main objective is to expand and improve the services that the hospital offers to patients in the terminal phase of their lives, and at the same time to provide, through these services, advice and support to the families and loved ones of these patients. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the literature and focuses on parts of palliative care, management in health care and financing. The practical part defines concrete steps for the implementation of this project, including a thorough analysis of the needs and the conditions of the environment. The thesis identified the need for a palliative care team. The conclusion summarises all the findings and shows the importance of the project.
