dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca sa zaoberá zabezpečením bicyklov a elektrobicyklov. Popisuje vývoj a súčasný stav cyklodopravy, popularitu bicyklov a potrebu ich ochrany. Analyzuje legislatívu, krádeže bicyklov, motivácie páchateľov a poskytuje štatistiku kriminality. Praktická časť zahŕňa dotazníkový prieskum o krádežiach a zabezpečovacích prostriedkoch. Cieľom práce je navrhnúť preventívne opatrenia na zníženie počtu krádeží. Práca poskytuje aj návrh zabezpečenia bicyklov a elektrobicyklov v rôznych cenových kategóriách pred krádežou na základe analýzy súčasných prostriedkov. Ďalším výsledkom je prototyp integrovaného zabezpečovacieho prvku. Práca prispieva k lepšiemu porozumeniu problematiky a poskytuje základ pre formuláciu stratégií na podporu cyklodopravy a ochranu majetku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with securing bicycles and electric bicycles. It describes the development and current state of bicycle transport, the popularity of bicycles and the need for their protection. It analyzes legislation, bicycle thefts, the motivations of criminals and provides crime statistics. The practical part includes a questionnaire survey on theft and security measures. The aim of the work is to propose preventive measures to reduce the number of thefts. The work also provides a proposal for securing bicycles and electric bicycles in various price categories against theft based on the analysis of current means. Another result is a prototype of an integrated security element. The thesis contributes to a better understanding of the issue and provides a basis for the formulation of strategies to promote bicycle transport and protect property.
