dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací seniorů ke vzdělávání na univerzitě třetího věku. Teoretická část popisuje poznatky o člověku v postproduktivním věku, jeho změny v procesu stárnutí a jeho motivaci k dalšímu vzdělávání. Dále nabízí výčet vzdělávacích institucí jako možnosti vzdělávání seniorů se zaměřením na univerzitu třetího věku. Praktická část práce si dává za cíl identifikovat nejčastější motivy seniorů ke vzdělávání a také motivy, které by jejich motivaci ke studiu mohly ovlivnit. Empirické šetření bylo realizováno formou dotazníkového šetření mezi studenty Univerzity třetího věku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis examines the motivation of seniors to participate in education at the University of the Third Age. The theoretical part describes the findings about individuals in post-productive age, their changes in the aging process, and their motivation for further education. Additionally, it offers a list of educational institutions as opportunities for senior education focusing on the University of the Third Age. The practical part of the thesis aims to identify the most common motives of seniors for education, as well as the factors that could influence their motivation to study. An empirical survey was conducted in the form of a questionnaire among students of the University of the Third Age.
