dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu soukromé ordinace sloužící pro účely poskytování dentální hygieny. Cílem práce je pomocí vybraných analýz tržního prostředí, legislativních požadavků, finančního plánování a marketingové strategie zjistit, zda je projekt realizovatelný, konkurenceschopný a jaká případná rizika by mohla negativně ovlivnit jeho úspěšnost. Hlavní částí projektu je finanční plán, v němž se autorka zabývá náročností počáteční investice, návratností a finanční stabilitou zařízení. Zpracovaný podnikatelský plán rovněž slouží jako podklad pro poskytovatele bankovního úvěru.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the elaboration of a business plan for a private practice serving the purpose of providing dental hygiene. The aim of the thesis is to use selected analyses of the environment, legislative requirements, financial planning and marketing strategy to determine whether the project is feasible, competitive and what potential risks could negatively affect its success. The main part of the practical part of the thesis is the financial plan, in which the author discusses the difficulty of the initial investment of the project, the return and the financial stability of the facility. The developed business plan also serves as a basis for the bank loan provider.
