Diplomová práce je zaměřena na řízení nákladů ve vybrané společnosti a obsah práce je rozdělen na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zpracována formou rešerše literárních pramenů zabývajících se problematikou z oblasti nákladů, nástrojů nákladového řízení a kalkulací. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou vybraného podniku společně s analýzou nákladů, doplněnou o analýzu současného systému řízení nákladů. Výstupem provedených analýz je identifikace nedostatků, k jejichž eliminaci je v projektové části zpracován návrh nové metody kalkulace. Na závěr je projekt podroben nákladové, časové a rizikové analýze. |

The diploma thesis focuses on cost management in a selected company and the content of the thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is prepared in the form of a literature search dealing with the issues of costs, cost management tools and calculations. The practical part deals with the characteristics of the selected company along with cost analysis, supplemented by an analysis of the current cost management system. The result of the analyses is the identification of shortcomings, for the elimination of which a new calculation method is proposed in the project part. Finally, the project is subjected to a cost, time and risk analysis. |
