dc.description.abstract	Informačné systémy a informačné technológie sa prudko rozvíjajú. Podmienkou efektívneho fungovania podnikov je osvojenie si moderného manažmentu. Podniky s dobrým manažmentom, predovšetkým vrcholným a stredným, prosperujú. Dnes je už väčšine vedúcich pracovníkov podnikov jasné, že sa informačné technológie a informačné systémy stávajú rozhodujúcimi pri postavení na trhu. Práca je venovaná problematike podstaty informácií a podstate riadenia. Dôležitou súčasťou je aj analýza informačného systému podniku, ktorej výsledkom je návrh na zlepšenie informačného systému.	cs
