dc.description.abstract	Práce se zaměřuje na zefektivnění činností jednotek požární ochrany související se zdoláváním ptačí chřipky v komerčních chovech. Z hlediska praktických poznatků pojednává o nastavení adekvátních ochranných prostředků pro zasahující s důrazem na zvýšení bezpečnosti a minimalizací nežádoucích aspektů spojených s průběhem zásahu. Práce poukazuje i na nové prostředky a možnosti zvyšující účinnost v oblasti dekontaminace. Teoretická část přibližuje problematiku spojenou s ptačí chřipkou, jejím výskytem, virulencí, patogenitou a možným šířením nákazy s poukázáním na její výskyty v České republice. Praktická část rozebírá typovou činnost složek Integrovaného záchranného systému České republiky. Obsahuje návrhy, opatření a další možnosti stanovení ochranných prostředků, přičemž i nových dekontaminačních metod a postupů vhodných pro doplnění či aktualizaci typové činnosti. Návrh poukazuje i na další nedostatky objevující se v praxi s možným řešením zvyšujícím systematičnost a efektivitu činností při zásahu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The work focuses on streamlining the activities of fire protection units related to the control of avian flu in commercial farms. In terms of practical knowledge, it discusses the setting of adequate protective equipment for intervening with an emphasis on increasing safety and minimising undesirable aspects associated with the course of intervention. The work also points to new means and possibilities to increase efficiency in the field of decontamination. The theoretical part approximates the problems associated with bird flu, its occurrence, virulence, pathogenicity and possible spread of the disease, with reference to its occurrences in the Czech Republic. The practical part discusses the type activity of components of the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic. It includes proposals, measures and other options for determining protective equipment, including new decontamination methods and procedures suitable for supplementing or updating type activity. The proposal also highlights other shortcomings emerging in practice with possible solutions increasing the systematic and effective nature of intervention activities.
