Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi využití netradičního ovoce pro modifikaci vlastností kosmetických přípravků. Jako netradiční ovoce byly vybrány kdoule. Na začátku teoretické části diplomové práce je popsána historie, taxonomie a morfologie. Dále jsou popsány odrůdy, pěstování, choroby a škůdci kdoulí. Následně jsou popsány antioxidanty a polyfenoly, jejich využití v kosmetice a metody, kterými se dají stanovit. Experimentální část se pak zabývá stanovením polyfenolů a antioxidantů ve vzorcích kdoulí. V další části je popsán postup výroby pleťové masky s přídavkem kdoulí a hodnocení její skladovatelnosti. Následně je popsán experiment, který probíhal ve spolupráci se skupinou dobrovolníků, kteří pleťovou masku s přídavkem kdoulí používali po dobu jednoho měsíce. Při této části experimentu byly měřeny charakteristiky pleti dobrovolníků a byly vyhodnoceny také jejich subjektivní zkušenosti s testovanou maskou. |

The thesis deals with the possibilities of using non-traditional fruits for modification of the properties of cosmetic products. Quince was chosen as a non-traditional fruit. At the beginning of the theoretical part of the thesis the history, taxonomy, morphology, cultivars, cultivation, diseases and pests of quince are described. Subsequently, antioxidants and polyphenols, their use in cosmetics and the methods by which they can be determined are described. The experimental part then deals with the determination of polyphenols and antioxidants in quince samples. In the next part, the procedure is described the production of a quince mask and its subsequent evaluation of its durability. Subsequently, the measurement of the skin of the volunteers using the instruments and the application of the quince mask are described. At the end of the experimental section, a questionnaire is presented, which was completed by the volunteers after one month of use of the quince mask, which they applied to their faces. |
